In my town I'm seeing quite a few applications for restaurants being approved and, whilst these were doubtless in the pipeline pre-Covid, I do blink, as I do with the one by Solo Summers. We're facing a far bigger economic downturn than the 2008 crash and there's a good chance of Covid worsening this winter. Surely not a good time to open a business like this?
