I can't find a club website, which is its loss. I do like to have an idea of what I can expect (which is why this forum is so useful).
PS to Forum members who think my choice of the name "Moonraker" has links to 007. In fact it denotes someone from Wiltshire, hence my interest in Club Rouge.

I've had it from several sources that this place is now definitely closed.

Yes, and a little research on the web confirmed this - the website is closed down and the Facebook page marks the venue as 'permanently closed'. A local press article from January 2013 cites financial difficulties:
