Both lap dance clubs have recently applied for 5am licences.
The article is more about how dead Preston is early evening.
I suspect many other towns have similar problems.

Reopening 6pm 4th July. When they were saying on Facebook that they hoped to open early July I thought it was optimistic .I'm pleasantly surprised.
