The closing date for comments on the Policy has been extended to 31 October 2019. I assume it will be a horror show. Because I have e-mailed in the past they keep sending me updates.

Nothing appears to be straightforward about this situation, not least because of the unauthorised - and possibly illegal - undercover filming that took place at Spearmint Rhino a few months ago. Personally, I'm surprised that Sheffield City Council hasn't suspended the consultation until the legal aspect of that matter has been clarified.

Dear, oh dear - Sheffield City Council is proposing yet again to impose a 'nil' policy on the city, and is running another consultation!
